Recognition of J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Insurance Digital Experience Study Award Recipients

Well, thank you again to all the attendees. I'm joined by my colleague Josh Solomon, who's also a Director at JD Power. We are very pleased to be here to share the results of the JD Power 2024 Insurance Digital Experience study. The study evaluates the digital consumer experiences in both property casualty insurance shoppers who are seeking quotes and existing customers conducting a typical service experience through a digital channel. This study therefore has two reward segments, one for shopping and one for servicing activities. Based on the feedback from more than 11,000 US insurance customers, we are pleased to recognize this year's awards award recipients first progressive ranks highest in this service segment and auto club group, one of the AAA clubs ranks highest in the shopping segment. We'd like to invite Scott Cain, Assistant Vice President of Marketing Performance and online optimization at Auto Club Group to join us on stage as we recognize his company's tremendous achievement.

It's good. Alright. Thanks Steve. Thanks Josh. It's been a thrill to be here the last couple of days, and especially to end it with accepting this award. It's been a multi-year effort across the whole organization at AAA and the Auto Club group and couldn't have been able to do without obviously our UX side on the digital marketing team, but really across product and everybody on the digital side from it that contributed. It really paid off in the end. So excited about this as we've been talking the last couple days. A lot more to do in terms of innovation coming ahead. So we're not done yet, and we'll keep chasing after this again next year. Congratulations. Thank you.
