Verisk sells components of Geomni geospatial unit in strategic partnership

Vexcel Imaging, aerial imagery data company, has signed an agreement with Verisk’s Geomni business to acquire the latter’s geospatial images and data library.

The agreement will combine Geomni’s imagery surveying and content-related teams and assets into Vexcel.
