Sun Life U.S., based in Mass., has named Paula Bartgis SVP and CIO. She comes from Voya Financial where was SVP of its enterprise project management office.
Bartgis's insurance experience is extensive. Before Voya, she worked at MassMutual overseeing acquisition integration and business transformation, and held technology VP roles at Travelers. She holds a patent for an assessment framework to measure project delivery effectiveness, which was patented for MassMutual.
