Insurance broker Locton has named Byron Clyber CIO, reporting to chief digital officer
Clymer will oversee strategic information technology initiatives for associates and clients. He last was a founder of consultancy Approach Logic, and has been CIO for FreightQuote.com and worked at CenturyLink and EMBARQ.
