The Hartford has launched upgraded versions of its specialized Property Choice and General Liability Choice insurance coverage products geared toward business customers.

The updated products now provide more flexibility setting limits, terms and conditions for policies, so policyholders can customize the solutions, scalability, and speed to market.

"Our distribution partners and customers spoke, and we listened," said The Hartford's Head of Middle & Large Commercial, Mo Tooker, in a statement. "These offerings are a solution for the lower end of middle market all the way up through larger, guaranteed cost accounts."

Property Choice now has over 30 new coverage forms that broaden protections and close gaps in coverage. The forms are specific to target industries with coverage of exposures unique to those industries, so policyholders only have to pay for necessary coverages.

The updated General Liability Choice product builds in coverage that other insurers only provide as industry endorsements or incidentals such as medical malpractice, waivers of subrogation and unintentional failure to disclose. General Liability Choice suite now has more then 2,800 admitted coverage forms.
