With the addition, IAAH will enhance quote, buy and self-service capabilities for its customers and partners, including auto club and auto dealer networks. The move also improves the Canadian insurer’s speed to market and reduces cost of ownership, the companies said. IAAH will commence implementation of its new platform with a self-service portal for direct customers.

IAAH's digital strategy is also keen on usage-based insurance as another method of improving the customer exprience,
