Farmers Insurance names head of agency owner operations
Farmers Insurance announced Erik Toohey as the new head of agency owner operations. Toohey will lead the overall strategy for the exclusive agent distribution channel and modernize processes. Tookey joins the company from Gallagher, where he was most recently corporate vice president of U.S. Finance.

Prudential Financial appoints chief people officer
Prudential Financial appointed Vicki Walia as chief people officer, effective March 31. Walia currently leads human resources for Prudential's U.S. businesses and global asset management business. Walia will succeed Lucien Alziari, who is planning to retire.

Travelers Europe Names Mike Lawton Chief Operating Officer
Lawton has nearly two decades of experience in the insurance sector, in both broking and underwriting. Before joining Travelers Europe in 2016 to lead its Business Insurance practice, he held senior positions at a leading international carrier and a UK broker.
Grange Insurance's chief property and casualty officer
Grange Insurance Company has named Ryan Michel as chief property and casualty officer. Michel was most recently at Trusted Resource Underwriters where he was president and chief underwriting officer. He also spent nearly two decades at Allstate in various executive leadership roles.

Sam Codispoti Head of Excess Casualty for Major Accounts at Chubb
Chubb has appointed Sam Codispoti head of excess casualty for major accounts, focusing on designing and structuring solutions to address the expanding risks facing today's customers. Codispoti joined Chubb in 2003 and previously served as senior vice president and Mid-Atlantic regional manager for Chubb Global Casualty,

AIG Elects Juan Perez to its Board of Directors
American International Group, Inc. announced on February 20 that Juan Perez, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Salesforce, has been elected to its Board of Directors as an independent Director.
As CIO of Salesforce, Perez oversees the global IT organization and data strategy and advises on product strategy. Previously, Perez served as CIO and Engineering Officer at UPS, where he drove the company's adoption of advanced analytics and led the implementation of technologies including AI.
Perez is also a director of The Hershey Company and Wabtec Corporation and serves on the advisory boards of the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Southern California and the School of Business at Georgia Tech.
AmTrust Title Insurance Hires Midwest Executives
AmTrust Title Insurance has hired Michael Holden as Vice President, Regional Agency Manager, and Brian Johnson as State Agency Manager, Midwest.
Holden has over 35 years of expertise in title insurance management, sales, underwriting, and marketing, including a leadership role at Title Resources Guaranty Co. (formerly Doma Title Insurance/North American Title).
Johnson has over 20 years of experience in the title insurance industry, most recently as State Agency Manager at Doma Title Insurance.
