Workers' compensation carrier Employers Holdings has named Tracey Berg its new CIO.
Berg joins Employers from West Bend Mutual, where she was CIO from 2008 until this year. She also has worked in technology positions at Assurant. Berg reports to Employers CEO Douglas Dirks.
“Tracey brings to Employers an impressive array of knowledge and experience leading transformational change and deploying technology in ways that leverage business assets, nimbleness, and flexibility,” Dirks says. “We are excited to have her join the Employers team as we develop and deploy leading edge technologies to support our small business customers.”
