The insurance industry, particularly the area of insurtech, has evolved faster in the last three years than in the previous decade. Much of the change was due to the pandemic, which affected how every business operated, but the rise of insurtechs and the changing expectations of policyholders who want a more transparent insurance process have expedited the acceptance of technology in the insurance space.

Digital Insurance is launching its 2024 Predictions survey and we want to know what insurers, agents, brokers and insurtechs are seeing in terms of technology adoption, investment, the benefits of utilizing emerging technologies, and the risks and challenges associated with its use.

We're also asking you to get out your crystal ball and share the trends that will affect the industry over the next several years and whether or not you see tech giants like Amazon and Tesla competing against insurers.

Generative AI has numerous possibilities in terms of applications, but are there risks associated with it that keep insurers up at night? We also want to know how insurers are attracting the next generation of professionals to the industry. This is an exciting and evolving industry even though insurance is several hundred years old.

All responses will be kept confidential - and the full report will be available to subscribers before the end of the year. You can participate in the survey here. The survey closes on Friday, October 13, so there is still time to respond.
