Allianz Life Ventures has partnered with SixThirty, an insurtech- and fintech-focused venture fund.
Under the terms of the partnership, Allianz Life Ventures will mentor companies in SixThirty's portfolio, assisting with strategic planning and offering expertise, resources and partnerships to those startups. Brian Muench, VP of investment management at Allianz Life, will join the organization’s investment committee, which selects portfolio firms.

This is the second major insurtech announcement from Allianz Life Ventures this year. In November, it and another carrier, Securian, entered an agreement with the
