The JUST 100 annual ranking of U.S. companies with the most just business behavior assesses the performance of the largest publicly traded firms on the issues that best define just behavior in commerce today.
The 20 different business issues that matter the most in just business behavior were identified and ranked in order of priority by polling a representative sample of the American public.
Each issue was assigned to a weighted stakeholder category that it impacts the most: workers, customers, communities, the environment, or shareholders and governance.
Data was then collected from different sources on how well companies score across these stakeholder categories, and evaluated to produce an overall ranking.
