Some State Farm employees will also transition to working for HCLTech. "HCLTech was selected because of its reputation in supporting Fortune 500 companies," said Ashley Pettit, SVP and CIO for State Farm, in a statement. "Working successfully with them relies, in part, on the skills and knowledge of talented employees currently doing this work at State Farm."

Apex Group, specialty insurer Mosaic Insurance and Aon have partnered to launch Apex Protect, a new D&O coverage option for funds. Apex Protect factors ESG credentials into the insurance risk assessment using proprietary tech called ESG Invest Check. The product also leverages Mosaic's product and underwriting tech platform, and Aon's distribution footprint. Improving ESG scores will result in premium benefits, the companies say.
