Prudential Financial named Stan Little as its U.S. business chief marketing officer. Little will lead marketing strategy and the U.S. insurance and retirement businesses with a focus on digital capabilities.

Previously, Little was the chief experience officer for United Way Worldwide, he has also held senior roles at SunTrust Bank, Lucent Technology and Movius Interactive. Susan Somersille Johnson, Prudential’s chief marketing officer, said in a statement: “Stan is a seasoned global leader who relentlessly drives impact and outcomes in the moments that matter for customers. He is a strategic leader who combines his unique sales and P&L background with creative thinking and a data-driven approach to marketing that will support the company’s growth strategies.”
Mitch Ocampo will be the new head of MassMutual’s Haven Life. Ocampo will focus on continuing to make Haven Life affordable and simple for customers with a focus on digital. Most recently, he served as co-CEO of Cookhouse Lab, a part of the LOGiQ3 Group acquired by RGAX, where he opened innovation labs and led the launch of an insurtech solutions reinsurance marketplace. Dominic Blue, head of third party & direct to consumer at MassMutual, said in a statement: “I am confident that under his leadership, the Haven Life team will continue to successfully redefine the life insurance buying process, delivering innovative financial solutions online that will help even more people secure their future and protect the ones they love.”
Boston Mutual names the new vice president and chief information officer. David Martin will oversee IT initiatives and strategies as a part of the company’s new customer experience, innovation, projects & technology strategic business center. Martin has 25 years of experience in customer service and IT strategy. He was most recently a senior management consultant for Trility Consulting, while in the role he provided consultant services to Boston Mutual.
Chubb appointed two new executives. John Thompson will be the vice president of Chubb Group and division president of international personal lines. Thompson currently serves as division president, international A&H. He will succeed Darryl Page, who is retiring in July. Daniela Hernandez will take over Thompson’s previous position and be the new division president of international accident & health. Hernandez will lead Chubb’s A&H and Life in Chile. She joined the company, then ACE,  in 2014 as a financial lines underwriter.
Manulife Investment Management appointed Aimee DeCamillo as the global head of retirement. DeCamillo will lead the strategy of the global retirement business and work with teams around the world on best practices. She was most recently the chief commercial officer at Jackson Financial, previously she held other roles at T. Rowe Price and Merrill Lynch.
Hagerty hired Joyce Bellows as senior vice president of internal audit. Bellows will lead strategy and execution of the company’s risk-based internal audit program. Previously, Bellows held positions at CNA Insurance, where she was senior vice president of internal audit; and other roles at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, Deloitte and Bank of America.
Quility, an insurtech, has announced several new hires. Danielle Conklin will be the senior vice president of data products. Previously, she was vice president, portfolio owner of the chief data office at Prudential. Chase Allen will focus on distribution as the senior vice president of affinity partnerships. Allen previously worked at Highland Capital Brokerage as vice president of institutional distribution. Shawn Lyons is the new vice president of client engagement.
