During a session, "Effective Leadership in the Era of AI" speakers shared advice on how to leverage Gen AI.

Tatjana Lalkovic, senior VP and chief technology officer at Definity, said GEN AI is not going to replace people but tasks. "We have an opportunity to advocate for people more. ... There is enough for all of us to be successful and to progress in our careers."
