Verisk is collaborating with Ford Motor Company to provide telematics data to insurers and create new opportunities for usage-based insurance. Ford and Lincoln vehicles will offer personalized safe driving discounts via insurers through Verisk’s data exchange platform. Alex Purdy, director of business operations, enterprise connectivity, Ford Motor Company shared, “Ford is committed to connecting our customers to valuable services that can help them reduce their total cost of ownership and get more out of their Ford vehicle.”
Seibels has appointed Rao Tadepalli as its new CIO with responsibility for software development, implementation and support, data center operations and infrastructure. Tadepalli will also lead digital transformation efforts and insurtech initiatives. Before joining Seibels, Tadepalli served as Chief Information Officer at Great American Insurance.
Fabric, life insurance insurtech, has named Daria Lupinacci as Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for driving customer acquisition. She last was SVP of marketing at Aurate, an online sustainable jewelry seller.
