Quesnay has announced the finalists for its second Female Founders in InsurTech startup competition. The initiative, sponsored by CSAA Insurance Group through its venture arm, Avanta Ventures, and RGAX, searches for women-led startups focused on the insurance industry. DropIn's video platform works with underwriting risk assessments, claim resolution and damage estimates for insurers. Users gain acess to streaming video and high-resolution photos captured directly by customers or via an independent contractor network using tools such as smartphones and drones.
