Rachel Alt-Simmons has a passion for engaging people in in the co-creation of human-centric solutions. In her role as Head of Strategic Design at AXA XL, she works across the organization to help incorporate innovation into strategic programs. She also trains teams on the Design Thinking framework. Outside of AXA XL, Rachel is an adjunct professor at Boston University, teaching agile software development, product strategy, and user-experience design.
