Spears joined Tractable after 30+ years working in the insurance and automotive industry, where he led USAA's auto claims experience and global auto physical damage operations and strategy, and the Strategic Initiatives team at Farmers Insurance. He also served 13 years in the US Army and is a combat veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.

    What insurtech industry trends to watch for in 2022

Forrester recently reported record-breaking funding for insurtechs, closing Q3 at $15 billion - more funding than in 2019 and 2020 combined - with more deals anticipated by the end-of-year.
